These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Genify ("the Service"), operated by Genify ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Genify.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Genify. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use of Genify does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Responsibility

• ✦You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• ✦You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• ✦You must notify us immediately at support@genify.site if you suspect unauthorized access.
• ✦You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.
• ✦We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Genify only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• ✦Generate documents that are fraudulent, misleading, or intended to deceive any person or entity
• ✦Create content that violates any applicable law, including but not limited to fraud, forgery, or identity theft
• ✦Produce documents that infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• ✦Generate illegal contracts, fake invoices, or any documentation intended to defraud
• ✦Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Genify platform
• ✦Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our written permission
• ✦Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
• ✦Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful material

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• ✦Legal documents (NDAs, contracts, employment agreements) generated by Genify should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before use.
• ✦Financial documents (invoices, purchase orders, quotations) should be verified for accuracy before sending to clients or vendors.
• ✦Genify makes no warranty that generated documents are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific legal or business purpose.
• ✦You assume full responsibility for how you use any document generated by the Service.

6. Free Plan Limitations

Free plan users are subject to the following limitations:

• ✦35 credits per month, reset monthly
• ✦All generated documents include a Genify watermark
• ✦Generated files are stored for 30 days only, after which they are permanently deleted
• ✦Credit top-ups are not available on the Free plan
• ✦Early access features and exclusive offers are not included

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Genify at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Genify at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable international law. Any dispute arising from your use of Genify that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Genify.
